Meet the

Writer

RUFUS LOVE is a writer, actor and director from SE London. He is the co-founder of Headrush Films, the production company behind ‘Contact Hours’, winner of Best British Short Film at Sunrise Film Festival, 2025. Rufus is the writer and co-director of Headrush’s debut feature film YAMAS!, which was filmed on location in Greece in 2025 and is currently in the final stages of post-production. Rufus trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. His theatre work was nominated for an OFFIE in 2024.

Sachin trained at Guildhall School. Since graduating in 2023, screen credits include Bridgerton, Things You Should Have Done & Strike. Stage credits include work with Shakespeare’s Globe, the RSC & Talawa.
